Texas Sales & Use Permits

If you are in possession of a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission License and Permit you must apply for and maintain a Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit annually. This is issued by the office of the state Comptroller of public accounts. If you fail to maintain to keep your permit and good standing This is grounds for the suspension or cancellation of your TABC permit. There's no fee for this permit.

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission License and TABC permit holders are required to have a good relationship with the Texas State Comptroller Of Public Accounts at all times.
